This is a reissue of a CD-R released in 2006 by the New York-based improvising trio Torus, featuring Marsken co-founded Tom Blancarte as well as saxophonist Drew Pitcher and guitarist Alejandro Florez. The band Torus played only one show at Brooklyn's Cafe Grumpy back in 2005, but this recording sheds light on an important early period óf these three musicians' careers. Featuring 7 diverse and exploratory improvisations, Marsken Records is happy to make this music available to a larger audience for the first time in a decade.
